Positive: The position.
Negative: The second bathroom being an ensuite and having to go through the bedroom.
The kitchen was poorly equipped. No bowls or platters or casseroles to cook a meal.
No mirrors in the bedrooms.
The garden is a mess with weeds and roses not pruned for some time with thistles taller than roses.
No garbage space. All the bins were overflowing and obviously hadn't been put out for collection.

Huge clean modern, well-equipped home in walking distance to downtown Albury.
Positive: Very clean, modern and good location
Negative: Not that we needed it for this trip , but the fry pan was old, heavily scratched and need of replacement.

Positive: Layout and facilities were exceptional and handy to town.
Negative: A platter for cheese and crackers, serving bowl to have a salad in we used the wok would be been handy.

Positive: Location excellent..Close to restaurants and cafés..10 minutes away using car…Loved the ambiance and layout and space of the house…Assistance from hosts exceptional if needed …Highly recommended ..Great place to stay if visiting Albury
