Don’t stay here unless you have low expectations. Positive: Not much, other than it was larger than expected. If your a group of two couples it might be ok, but for a family it wasn’t good, the children were too far away upstairs and there’s no bathroom upstairs either. The front bedrooms facing the main road were noisy with early traffic noise. The spa bath outside would have been good but it was too dirty to use. Negative: The lounge room furniture was unusable. The sofa and arm chairs were so uncomfortable that we had to remove the back cushions so we didn’t slide off, very old and worn out with old springs. The throw on top was dirty and smelled of dogs and had fur all over it. The whole lounge suit obviously needs replacing, it’s really not acceptable.

Great first glimpse to sum up Albury Positive: Location was great, comprehensive facilities if you are going as a group. Negative: The bin stinks so bad. Spoilt my entire trip. Floors were creaking too, definitely could use a little bit more refurbishment and tending to.

Positive: Great location and heritage building 👍🏼 had everything you could ask for Negative: Bath wasn't great, slip hazard and mold around edges of silicone sealer. Terrible shower 🚿 and spa outside wasn't clean. Smelled like dead mouse 🐁 etc in kitchen area yuck 🤮
